I understand that some yoga poses may not be easy for me and that it is my responsibility to ensure that I listen to my body and the teachers instructions , so to avoid the potential of injuring myself. Like any activity there are risks, although the risks in a yoga class are low, I acknowledge that I am completely responsible for ensuring that my yoga practice is a safe experience by following the instructions of the yoga teacher. I also acknowledge that while I participate in any yoga class , online or in person, that I am NOT under any influence of any recreational drugs, alcohol and/or prescription drugs that could leave me feeling impaired during a yoga practice.
